Summary
If you’ve created a new Business Process Flow, and you’ve found that it’s not visible in the Unified Interface, you need to add it to the PowerApp Model-Driven App.
Create the Business Process Flow

Add it to the PowerApp
Go to the PowerApps Admin Centre

Edit your App

From the Components section, select Business Process Flows

Add your Business Process Flow

This should now make it possible for you to access the custom Business Process Flow in the Unified Interface.
